Really, you can't beat this view. Even if it becomes the same-old-same-old over the next few days (as it did), the sheer rugged beauty of the place is unmatched. And it's even nicer when you stumble across some horses in the distance, just hanging loose. Little did I know that wouldn't be my last experience with horses during the trip. |

| Stopped here for some lunch; it's called "Crudden Point," and is part of Prussia Cove. I will always remember it for the sparkling water, the unmatched view, the solitude (generally) and for the fact that I discovered I liked pickle-and-cheese sandwiches. (I'd been given a packed lunch from the B&B I stayed at the night before and didn't have much hope for that particular combination. Shows me.) |
